Getting Alize Cornet off Court One on Saturday night was not easy. She had just beaten Serena Williams in three sets to reach the fourth round and she was loving every moment of the applause and adulation. When she came to face the world’s media about an hour later, she was still buzzing. She had just beaten the great Rene. And on grass, a surface she loathed just a couple of years ago. She was buzzing and she did not mind admitting it.
